The company “1001 Roses” guarantees the quality of the bouquets. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the execution of the order, we are ready to re-deliver for free.
We consider claims received within 24 hours of the delivery of flowers.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of flowers or the work of the florist, send a photo of the delivered bouquet with the order number and a description of the claim to email@example.com. Our support team will make a decision on the complaint and will contact you within 2 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the work of the order acceptance operators, the delivery service who worked on the execution of the order, or the work of the site, send your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org, and if necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Flowers that could not be delivered due to the absence of the Recipient and the impossibility of transferring them through third parties are stored in the warehouse for 1 day from the delivery date specified in the order. The recipient or the Customer during this time can pick up the order on their own. We are also ready to re-deliver the bouquet. The cost of re-delivery is from UAH 200.
The client has the right to refuse goods purchased remotely (including ordering through the online store) at any time before receiving it. In this case, the funds received from the Customer are returned by the Company to the Customer in the same way in which the payment was made. The cost of delivery for refunds is also returned to the Customer. Please note that fresh flowers are non-returnable items. If you were brought low-quality flowers (for example, the courier froze them during transportation), you should contact our company on the same day. Please note that claims regarding the quality of flowers are considered if there is a photo of the bouquet during the day on which the bouquet was delivered.
